You can send a request within the legal warranty of 12 months. Please contact support at support@trigger-shop.de or with WhatsApp at the number below, we will be happy to help you.
It is best to send a short description and a picture with your request so that we can help as fast as possible.
How many cards fit in the wallet?
7 cards always fit in the card case, 1-3 extra cards fit in the extra compartment next to the coin compartment. Depending on the type of card, this number may change, e.g. credit cards with embossed numbers and characters require more space than plain cards.
What is RFID protection?
When you pay with your debit or credit card, the RFID radio chip on the card sends a signal to the reader. A so-called RFID blocker prevents this unwanted reading by transmitting an interference signal whenever the cards in the wallet are radioed.
Where is my shipment?
If you already ordered from us, the order confirmation email will include a DHL shipment tracking, here you can track your shipment.
What can I store in the wallet?
Up to 10 cards fit into the predefined card slots, and there is also a coin pocket and a holder for cash or receipts.
How many coins fit in the wallet?
The wallet can fit around 6 coins to keep the flat design.
